Frequently asked questions
My first time
I’ve never done Reformer Pilates before — is that okay?
Yes, we’d love to welcome you into the world of reformer! We have beginner level classes available!
What do I need to bring?
All you need is a water bottle, grip socks and yourself. If you don’t have grip socks we have them available to purchase at the studio!
What should I wear?
We recommend comfy, fitted activewear that lets you move freely. Wear your favourite set, the one that makes you feel confident, strong, and ready to take on the reformer!
How long is the session?
Our sessions are 50 minutes long!
How early should I arrive for my first class?
Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before your class starts!

How do I book a class?

Some classes say join waitlist not book, why?
This is because the class is already fully booked, if you join the waitlist you will be sent a notification if any spaces become available.​

Is there free parking?
Yes, we have free parking outside our studio as well as on the road.

Are classes suitable during pregnancy / postpartum?
We have a class dedicated to new mums & mums-to-be called Nourish. Focusing on safe movements to support your changing body & aid recovery. You’ll be in a supportive environment with others on the same journey. This is also a babies welcome class!
Can I bring my child to the studio?
Babies & Toddlers are welcome to our Nourish classes ONLY (specifically for new mums & mums to be)
All children will need to remain in their pram / seat for the duration of the session, as walking around amongst the machinery is dangerous & prohibited.
ALL other sessions children are not allowed to the studio.

I want to have a private Pilates event - how do I do this?

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we have gift cards available to purchase here.
Policies
What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand things come up and have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel 24 hours before your session, then you will be credited a full refund / your credits will not be taken from your membership.
Any cancellations made after this time will not receive a refund.
Do passes/memberships expire?
If you purchase a Block package, these classes will expire after 3 months of purchase.
Memberships are on a monthly contract and do not expire, if you do not use all your sessions within the month we allow a maximum of 2 sessions to roll over to next month.
What happens if I don’t show up?
If you don‘t show up to you session there will be no refund or credits given.
