Private Events Policy

Thank you for choosing Storm & Bloom for your private event. To ensure our studio remains a calm, safe, and beautiful space for all guests and clients, the following guidelines apply to all private event bookings.

​

Studio Access & Timing

  • Clients may enter the studio up to 30 minutes before the start of their booking for set-up.

  • All guests must vacate the studio within 15 minutes after the end time.

  • Late departures may result in an additional charge, particularly if they impact other scheduled classes or bookings.

Cleaning & Waste

  • Guests are not required to clean the studio after their event.

  • However, we kindly ask that all rubbish be placed in black bin bags where possible to help our team reset the space efficiently.

Care of the Studio

  • The booking client is responsible for any damage caused during the event.

  • This includes damage to:

    • Studio fixtures or fittings

    • Pilates equipment or props

    • Furniture, flooring, mirrors, or décor

  • Any required repairs, replacement of equipment, or additional cleaning costs resulting from damage or misuse will be charged to the booking client.

  • You are responsible for paying these fees within 7 days of receiving an invoice from Storm & Bloom.

  • For larger events or higher-risk bookings, Storm & Bloom reserves the right to request a refundable or non-refundable damage deposit to cover potential costs.

Confirmation & Acceptance

By confirming and accepting a private hire booking, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to abide by this policy.

  • You are responsible for any damage caused during your booking.

  • Additional charges may apply for repairs, replacement, or extra cleaning, and you agree to pay these fees within 7 days of an invoice.

  • This agreement forms a legally binding understanding between you and Storm & Bloom.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This policy and your booking are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes arising from your booking or damage charges will, where possible, be resolved through direct communication, and failing that, through the appropriate small claims or civil procedures under local law.

Additional Notes

  • Please ensure all guests follow studio guidelines and respect the space.

  • Any activities that may cause damage to equipment, flooring, or walls should be discussed with Storm & Bloom in advance.
